To use your preventive care benefits, be sure to use an in-network provider for recommended care. You can also download a preventive care checklist to make sure you’re getting the care you deserve.

If your provider isn’t available, virtual care can help. Get fast access to care from the comfort of your home or wherever you are.

We’ve partnered with: 

• MD Live to offer telehealth appointments for minor illnesses or injuries, behavioral health, and dermatology
• Physical therapy with Vori Health for members dealing with back, neck or joint concerns

You also have access to our 24/7 Nurse Line where our specially trained registered nurses are available general questions and provide support for chronic or complex health conditions for no charge.

To use your Mom’s Meals benefit, call 1-877-222-1240 (TTY 711), Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET. Keep in mind that this benefit must be used within 30 days of discharge.
